Pizzamax - A Service for Ordering Restaurant Food
What have we done?
Using other food ordering service platforms and paying their commissions eat up restaurant's margins. As a solution we implemented an ordering system and application for the customer, where they can also manage the products themselves.
How did we do it?
We described the customer journey and service processes, which helped to identify the touch points relevant to the customer experience. Based on this, we made a UI prototype of the service and implemented a technical solution.
We aimed at creating a system that's easy to use for the customer. In the system, the company also has the opportunity to make necessary changes to e.g. the product selection or opening hours.
