A design-driven technology company from Mikkeli

We develop services that enable people and organisations to operate smarter and more effectively together. We combine AI-expertise, service design and software development.

How did it all begin?

Mindhive was founded in 2016 from a desire to make software development more human-centred and to act as a bridge between clients and digitalisation. Today we focus increasingly on ai solutions such as MAINIO, which delivers value particularly to SMEs and public sector actors.

Team and expertise

Our team consists of service designers, software developers and AI specialists. Together we bring the perspectives needed for impactful digital solutions – from concept to implementation.

Part of a bigger family

Mindhive is part of Bull&Bear Invest, which also includes companies such as Code Partners Nordic Oy. This collaboration enables larger technology projects and agile scaling.
