What have we done?
The purpose of the consultation was to explore how the customer's existing data and other collected data can be used to promote sales on a digital platform that offers renovation services. The goal was to ensure that the platform collects, above all, data relevant to sales, which can be used to get to know the customers better in the future and also guide their purchasing behavior in a targeted manner.
We put together an action plan in which we described what kind of things it is possible to observe from the users of the platform through data collection, what data can be collected and how that data collection should be implemented.
How did we do it?
We got to know the customer's current solution by looking at the data collected by the customer and the data produced by Google, and by interviewing the company's key personnel. In the action plan, we used our own expertise in data analytics and artificial intelligence.
