ESYK Oy - Business Consulting Platform Service Concept
What have we done?
We explored the possibilities of a digital platform to support business consulting and the possibility to create new business as an ELY Centre's Business Development Service consultancy. We designed a service concept, from which we implemented a clickable user interface prototype.
After the consultation, we continued developing the prototype with the customer in agile two-week design sprints, where we defined the visual identity and the functionality of the service in more detail. With the developed prototype, the customer was able to test the concept with potential users.
How did we do it?
We interviewed the customer to understand the current process, based on which we formed two different customer journeys. We identified problem areas from the journeys, and designed solutions utilizing competitor analysis of various platforms offering expert services as support. We concretized the service concept into a user interface prototype.
